I created a windows Mail(WM) POP3 account following all instruction. I verfited my
account with my Provider. My user ID and Password are correct. Once account information has been inputted, I'm useing WM for the first time. So after account has been completed, I close all windows and reopen WM log in with User ID and Password.
I get and error message: invalid User ID and Password. Help.
